Taegan graduated from the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) with a Bachelor’s degree of Human Kinetics, shortly after, attended Okanagan College and received her Therapist Assistant Diploma and the Practical Skills Award.
Taegan is a dedicated kinesiologist with a strong passion for helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Her work is rooted in the belief that movement is essential not only for physical health, but for maintaining independence, confidence, and long-term well-being.
Taegan uses her knowledge about strength training, functional movement, and injury rehabilitation, to focus on both recovery and long-term prevention. With a strong interest in biomechanics, she takes a client-centered, evidence-informed approach to understanding how the body moves, identifying inefficiencies, and addressing the root causes of pain or dysfunction.
Taegan is particularly passionate about supporting older adults in maintaining their independence, mobility, and quality of life. Whether the goal is reducing pain, recovering from injury, or building strength and resilience, she creates personalized programs that are safe, effective, and sustainable.
Taegan’s goal is to empower people to move better, feel stronger, and do the activities they love—at any stage. By combining thoughtful assessment, targeted exercise, and education, she helps her clients overcome limitations and build a foundation for long-term health and performance.
Outside the clinic, Taegan enjoys going to the gym, cooking or baking, and reading. She likes to spend time outdoors, especially at the beach and gets away for a camping trip whenever she can.
